3. Where do we ship your product from?

Our offices are located in Paris, France. Our warehouses are located in Europe (France, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Germany) for faster delivery.

4. How can you explain such an attractive price?

Unlike the big brands, our margin is lower than usual. We make sure that we can sell our products as close as possible to the factory price. The fact that our international warehouse is located in Europe allows us to lower the price of the products even more.

6. What happens if there are missing items in my order?

Our products are shipped separately according to your order. For example, if it contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of the order is likely to arrive soon.
